At IlluminatedByMia, we want your home to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your lighting purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, installable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item back in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
